The upcoming “Chicago Reimagined” will supposedly mark a turning point in the production and pricing of the Air Jordan I High OG. According to zsneakerheadz, going forward from this release, future iteration of the Air Jordan I High OG will have “an improved shape/toebox” and will now “retail at $180.”
For years, the quality and shape of retro Jordans is always a subject of discussion and constant scrutiny to the point Jordan Brand launched their “Remastered” program ( which they rarely bring up) back in 2015 to address the issue. Only time will tell if this is a truly earnest attempt to bring these classics back in as close to their original form as possible or just lip service to try to justify another price hike.
